There are many types of language in the world. They are classified as local language, national language and international language which are based on their spread and scope of uses.
Batak Toba language is not only the local language spoken by Tobanese especially around North Tapanuli, North Sumatera . But also, it is spoken by Batak tribe who stay out of Sumatera Island
Batak Toba has question words and so does English. Both of them have their own rules in applying these words. Question words in both languages have similarities and dissimilarities.
However, the similarities and dissimilarities in two languages become an important matter when it is related to language learning. When we regard their similarities and dissimilarities as a characteristic of one language, it will become a guideline in learning a language such as English.
